The technology leader Meta has designated Arun Srinivas as its managing director and head for India. He is set to assume his responsibilities starting July 1. Srinivas will concentrate on aligning the company’s business, innovation, and revenue objectives to better serve partners and clients, as stated by the company. Prior to this role, Srinivas led the advertising business segment for Meta India. This announcement follows shortly after the company appointed Sandhya Devanathan as the head of its Southeast Asia operations.

Arun brings nearly thirty years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles at notable companies including Hindustan Unilever, Reebok, OLA, and the investment firm WestBridge Capital. Since joining Meta in 2020, he has been instrumental in leading the company’s efforts with the largest advertisers and agency partners in the country, focusing on strategic revenue priorities such as AI, Reels, and Messaging.
